Please check your order and report any discrepancies to the Soap Box Derby Headquarters within thirty (30) days of the receipt of your order.
The Soap Box Derby will issue a full refund on all orders cancelled prior to shipment. Your refund will be issued in 3 – 5 business days back to the form of payment used on the original order. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
Refund of Defective Products
If your product was damaged during shipment, please call UPS to submit a claim.
If the merchandise is determined to have a manufacturer defect, the items(s) will be replaced at the cost of the Soap Box Derby. Please call 330.733.8723 and email a picture of damaged item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the product is determined to be defective, the Derby will issue a call tag from UPS to the email address provided. Apply label to box for return shipping. Once product is received, a replacement will be shipped.
If a product is being returned, please contact the Soap Box Derby Headquarters within thirty (30) days of the receipt of your order. The Soap Box Derby will refund the purchase price of the merchandise less a 10% restocking charge. There is no refund on shipping. Refunds are always issued back to the payment method used to purchase the initial order in 3 – 5 business days.
Customer Pick Up
We cannot hold an order for pick-up for longer than 30 days.
